Jewelry: Since Beyond Beads jewelry is made with natural materials, variations will occur. Due to availability, there may be times where we need to substitute materials. All efforts will be made to avoid this. Due to differences in computer monitors, items may differ slightly in person. All measurements are approximate.

Repairs: If your purchase should break within the first 30 days, repairs are free as long as all pieces are returned.   After 30 days there is a charge for repairs.

Returns: NO returns on any personalized items. You may return or exchange an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipping date. Item must be in original condition and returned in a padded envelope or box. We suggest   insuring your return since we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Payment: Beyond Beads payments are made through PayPal.Your order will be processed after credit card authorization is received.   If an item is backordered, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.

Shipping & Handling: There is a $6.50 fee for all orders. Engraved items are shipped UPS. All other items are shipped USPS.
